She has been involved in many disciplines including Pony Club, Hunters and Jumpers, Natural Horsemanship, and Breeding and owning Thoroughbreds for Racing. She was in Pony Club up to the C3 Level and on the winning team at Nationals for Pony Club Dressage. She has competed in both Hunters and Jumpers, and restarted Thoroughbreds off the track. She also rode in Colt Starting and Natural Horsemanship clinics with Ray Hunt and Buster McLaury. When her daughter Ada was young, she became a "Show Mom" and helped her daughter at competitions from Pony Finals all the way up to assisting her as groom and barn manager up to the 1.30 meter jumpers. All of this knowledge and experience led to her understanding of how the horse thinks and feels, and what keeps Performance Horses Sound and Comfortable at the higher levels of competition. This has allowed her to apply these principles and knowledge to found Cosmic Comfort Eq.
